About the Village

Stamford's waterfront hub for innovation offers exceptional private event venues, modern office spaces, world-class dining, all easily accessible from I-95 and the Stamford Transportation Center.

History

Now a fully renovated historic building, The Village originated in the early 1900s as a wire and cable company. During construction in 2020, a 13-ton metal wheel was uncovered which, in a nod to the building’s history, now anchors The Wheel’s outdoor patio and serves as an emblem and signature market to visitors, much like the clock at Grand Central.

Tenants

The Village is a hub for pioneering companies across entertainment, finance, tech, design, and more. Home to a dynamic community of entrepreneurs and industry leaders, the campus fosters collaboration and innovation. Anchoring the space is Wheelhouse, the multi-platform entertainment, investment, and marketing company, alongside a diverse roster of tenants who are shaping the future of their industries from Stamford’s vibrant waterfront.
