Introducing The Village

Stamford’s newest waterfront destination for innovation features bright and modern office spaces, world-class food and beverage options, unique weekly programming, pop-ups and experiences and extraordinary private event venues – easily accessible from I-95 and the Stamford Transportation Center.

A Place For
Entertainment & Amenities

The Village is home to cult-favorite Cisco Brewers, new restaurant The Wheel, a multi-use rooftop garden, a public marina with seasonal boat slips available for docking and dining; and a curated calendar of events, programming and diverse pop-up experiences. The campus also features a variety of tenant-specific amenities, including a boutique fitness studio for community classes.

A Place For
Community & Culture

Bringing together best-in-class talent and companies, The Village was designed to be a new heart of culture just north of New York City that unites storytellers, entrepreneurs and artisans under one roof. The Village aims to be a catalyst where industry, culture and community intersect, and serves as a new destination for work and play, to create and connect, to give back to the community and to celebrate and dine... with a view.

Cuisine & Libations

Food and beverage offerings encompass a variety of tastes and experiences, from chic sitdown meals at The Wheel to casual outdoor dining at Cisco Brewers. Chief Food Curator Mike Geller of Mike’s Organic, Connecticut's premier farm-to-home delivery service and marketplace, curates rotating seasonal menus, specialty items from local purveyors, unique chef pop-ups and signature culinary experiences.

ART

Cultivating a diverse mix of artistic talent whose work represents a wide range of expression and mediums, The Village is a blank canvas to empower artists at every level. From artist-in-residence programs and curated exhibitions to pop-ups and large-scale installations, The Village hopes to give back to the community and its tenants with thought-provoking pieces from all types of creators.

PHILANTHROPY

At the heart of The Village is our community, which is why doing good and giving back is the essence of who we are as a company. Leveraging spaces, talent, and resources, The Village will be a partner to local nonprofits and an impassioned supporter of endeavors that fuel change.

The History

Now a fully renovated historic building, The Village originated in the early 1900s as a wire and cable company. During construction in 2020, a 13-ton metal wheel was uncovered which, in a nod to the building’s history, now anchors Cisco Brewers at The Village's outdoor patio and serves as an emblem and signature marker to visitors, much like the clock at Grand Central.
