GYM

Showcasing emerging fitness concepts, the Gym at The Village will house breakthrough brands like Rhone, Hydrow, and CLMBR. The Gym will encompass traditional and non-traditional workouts, giving tenants and members unique offerings to bolster their practices and routines in a boutique setting.

The Marina

The Village is situated on close to 1,000 ft of walkable marina, making it accessible by both land and sea. Boat slips for docking are available for boaters to enjoy dock-and-dine options at Cisco Brewers at The Village or The Wheel.

The Garden

The culinary mission of The Village manifests at the rooftop garden, with Chief Food Curator Mike Geller bringing the farm-to-table experience to life through herbs and produce available to on-site chefs and mixologists. The garden will also serve as a space for agricultural education for children in the community through partnerships with Waterside School and other institutions.

The Lobby Gallery

Culture and community unite in The Village's Lobby Gallery. Located at the back of the sweeping lobby, the area serves as a crossroads of culture, art, conversation and more, featuring rotating seasonal exhibitions and experiences.
