  • 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
  • .25 oz spiced syrup*
  • 5 drops Bittered Sling aromatic bitters

Garnish: clove-studded orange peel

Glassware: double rocks

Preparation: add all ingredients into an ice filled stirring vessel and stir about 40 times so that the cocktail is chilled and properly diluted. Strain over a large cube in a double rocks glass and garnish with orange oil and peel.

*Spiced Syrup: Combine 2 orange peels, 8 whole cloves, 5 cinnamon sticks, 1 whole nutmeg (crushed), 4 inch piece fresh ginger (sliced) in a small pot and add 1 Cup plus 2 ounce of water. Bring to a light boil for 10 mins. Reduce heat and add 1 Cup granulated sugar. Heat on low for 20 mins, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, add 3 dashes of allspice and let cool for 10 minutes, then fine strain and store chilled.


  • 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
  • 1 oz grapefruit cinnamon cordial*
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dash cardamom bitters
  • 2 oz Fever Tree spiced orange ginger ele

Garnish: ginger candy

Glassware: highball

Preparation: combine Black Label, lemon juice, grapefruit cordial and cardamom bitters to an ice filled shaker tin and shake the cocktail vigorously for 8 seconds. Strain your cocktail into an ice filled highball glass and top with orange spiced ginger ale. Garnish with ginger candy.

*Grapefruit Cinnamon Cordial: In a medium pot, combine 1 1⁄2 Cups Grapefruit Juice with 1 1⁄2 Cup granulated sugar, and add 5 sticks of cinnamon. Stir to combine. Heat on low for 20-30 mins, stirring occasionally. Do not let the liquid boil. Remove from heat and let cool.


  • 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
  • 3 oz apple juice
  • 1.5 oz Fever Tree ginger beer

Garnish: apple slice

Glassware: highball

Preparation: build all ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with an apple slice.

  • 0.25 oz pear liqueur
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • Ginger ale to top

Glassware: highball

Garnish: lemon wedge

Preparation: build ingredients in an ice filled highball glass. Top with Ginger Ale and a dash of angostura bitters.
