Summer Sips! Spiked Blueberry Lemonade Is About to Be Your Go-To Summer Cocktail

Never heard of Cisco Brewers? This Nantucket landmark is a triple threat—a brewery, distillery and winery in one—and one of the island’s greatest spots for cocktails, live music, lawn games and a good time had by all.

Up until a few years ago, you would have to trek all the way to the summer destination off of Cape Cod, but luckily they’ve been opening more outposts starting with Cisco in the Boston Seaport and now at The Village in Stamford, Connecticut.

One of their best-selling summer cocktails is their spiked Blueberry Lemonade, made with Triple 8 blueberry vodka, lemonade and club soda, on the rocks.

Fun fact about this vodka: Triple 8 was founded by the owners of Nantucket craft brewery Cisco in 1997 and Triple Eight Distillery is the nautical Northeast’s first craft distillery. Named after Well #888, the distillery’s pristine water source, Triple Eight Distillery hand crafts all of its spirits and liqueurs in small batches using only natural ingredients. Triple 8 Blueberry Vodka is made with wild low-bush blueberries from Maine, infused into this organic spirit, and it’s pretty much the best blueberry-based vodka around.

Here’s how to make their thirst-quenching drink so you can enjoy it all summer long!
